It was wonderful! I can't say anything better about dealing with Amber then whats
already been said here. Our puppy , Mikey, I could talk about all day. He has the best
temperment ever, he can play like mad and settle down and snuggle almost on cue.
He is smart...now only 9 weeks old he is already going after a rolling ball and bringing
it back to me. You can tell that Mikey was raised in a home around children and other
people..he loves my grandson who is 20 months old!....and he has no seperation
aniety..if he has to be alone for a little while like if I go to the grocery store..I will come
back to find him playing with his toy and entertaining himself. My vet who is semi
retired so has seen alot of dogs in his lifetime is absolutely in love with Mikey. He even
asked me to make a special trip to show his wife and we proudly did that. I work with
a friend in dog rescue and I can tell you I have NEVER seen such a well rounded
puppy. Amber and her family are to be commended! Thankyou Amber, Joe, and kids
for giving your puppies the BEST start in life! Having one of your puppies is like a
breath of fresh air!

I had been searching the internet and found Amber and her Royal Palm Shih Tzus. I
was so lucky to find such a wonderful breeder just down the street. We drive by the
house daily(it is literally down the street) and frequently see the puppies outside
playing. There is no doubt that they are all well cared for and loved animals! We got
Lita in October, at right around 5 months old and were so pleased at how well she
adjusted! She is so darling and we love her to pieces. Amber has been such a great
help answering all our questions! If we ever get another puppy it will be from Royal
Palm!

excellent! Maizy joined us in Feb. 2009 She is a wonderful puppy and is always aiming
to please. Royal Palm Shih Tzu I would highly recommend ~ Amber is wonderful and
her puppies are just so well cared for. Maizy is very smart and very quick to learn.
Potty training has gone so well, we just keep Maizy on a schedule every day and after
three short weeks so is letting us know when she wants to go out! She loves
everyone...even the neighborhood dogs are greeted with her pouncy, playfull spirit!
Living fairly close to Amber was also helpful. We were able to go see Maizy ~ that
really helped us get through the waiting period. Very well adjusted wonderful pets ~ I

Bailey joined our family in December 20, 2008 as a gift to our 2 girls and Zoe our 5 yr.
old Shih-tzu. Zoe loves her and is glad to have someone to play with. They play very
well together and my girls love and baby her to pieces! Amber was so good about
keeping me updated with new pictures of her and letting me know how she was at all
times. Bailey is VERY well socialized with both children and dogs. I can confidently say
this because I personally witnessed her with 17 family members ( 7 of them children
from 2 - 16 yrs old ), Zoe, and my parents Shih-tzu and German Shephard, over
Christmas and she was never timid and took to Gracie, the German Shephard, the
most. My parent's have brand new carpet in their home, so I was a little concerned
about that, but we were there for 5 days and she didn't have one accident!! She goes
right to the door. I guess she did go inside once, but it was directly in front of the door,
and I don't consider that HER accident. She can't exactly open the door herself :) Our
Vet just loves her and says she's as healthy as can be. Living and working so close to
Amber, I was able to, and she allowed me to come to her home and visit as often as I
wanted. I was able to see first hand where they live and play and how they behaved in
her home. I always felt comfortable when I was there, and would just sit on the floor
and love all of her dogs and puppies. I highly recommend Royal Palm Shih-tzu to
anyone wanting a well adjusted, healthy and well taken care of puppy!!

I feel so fortunate that I found Royal Palm Shih Tzu. Milo came home on August 18,
2008 and since arriving (by plane) he has been the love of my life. He is good natured,
well-behaved and so well socialized. I think that Amber and her family do such a great
